Hidden Credits
At the title screen, hold P1 Start + P2 Start and wait for a while, and a hidden credits screen will display. A similar code and hidden credits screen are also present in Domino Man.
The credits screen was likely hidden due to Bally Midway prohibiting the use of in-game staff credits.
