At the title screen, wait for Momo to begin flashing, then press Run at the precise moment Momo changes to her suited-up form to enter a combination sound test and level select. The text reads "MOMO IZIRI", which is a lewd joke. 弄り (iziri) has multiple meanings, two of which are "to tinker with or make changes to" and "to play with or grope using your fingers". Consequently, it can be read as either "tinkering with Momo" or "groping Momo".
