Pro Action Replay code 86828014 (Europe) will replace the options menu with this one, which allows you to view the game's graphics data. Unfortunately, the game does not actually provide a menu of graphics assets; you must specify all of the relevant data addresses and screen mode yourself.

Pressing Left or Right with "test display action go" highlighted will return to the regular options menu.
