At the license screen, before the title screen appears, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, B, A.

Use Up / Down to select the music, press A to play, or B to stop. Press Start to return back to the title screen.

Secret Developer Messages

There are a couple of secret messages hidden in the staff screens at the game's ending. You must enter a particular button combination or sequence on the corresponding staff screen to reveal its message. Some screens have more than one message.

Co-programmer Messages

Press Up, A, Right, A, Down, A, Left, A on the Co-programmer's name screen to change the text to "HELLO!! I LOVE ??? FROM .....". Press A one more time before this message disappears, and it will be replaced by a heart comprised of dots.

Character Designer Message

Hold B and press A at the Character Designer screen to enable a single message - "NEVER GIVE UP".

Special Thanks Messages

At the second Special Thanks screen, press A once to display an extra name at the bottom. Pressing A two more times will replace that name with another one, up to 12 presses.

In order, the names are "H.HATANAKA", "H.UEDA", "T.HAGIHARA", "N.KODAMA", "M.ITO", "R.GOTOU", and "AND YOU!!".
