A rebranding of American Softworks. Notable for publishing the cult favorite Sanitarium, the North American PC version of the original Grand Theft Auto, and various games with the TNN license, many of them reskinned versions of games licensed from other companies.
Went defunct in late 1999. Many of its properties were later bought out by the infamous XS Games, who in recent years have been re-releasing many of ASC's games on digital download services.
