A japanese publisher and developer founded in 1983 that spent the 90's spliting their time between publishing and localizing western licensed games to the japanize market and making their own original games that mostly never left Japan. They were later converted into a developer-for-hire who, hilariously enough, spent most of 2000's working on games based on western properties, with more than half of these games never being released in Japan. Talk about irony.
