These games have hidden menus that allow you to listen to the game's sound effects and/or music. Emphasis on "hidden" - games that have a soundtest that's accessible without a hidden code or hacking (like Sonic the Hedgehog 2), require unlocking via gameplay (some Kirby games) or arcade games that have them in their service menus don't count!
