As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually reached store shelves.

Deadlands is an action game that was in development for the PS2 and Xbox, only to be cancelled due to the development studio going bankrupt.

A PS2 build dated July 14, 2004 surfaced in late 2006. The executable for this build also contains debugging symbols.

Debug Displays

With this following code a bunch of debug displays can be enabled that show your players current stance in the top-right, and camera, object, memory info, as well as recently played animations on the left side.

While there normally are 96 different debug windows that can be toggled, with the code below all of them are displayed on the screen. All of the individual window address pointers are stored at 00462F80, and the value stored 128 bytes in of the pointers is supposed to be any value that doesn't result in 0 when performing a logical AND with 0x10000000 in order for it to display on screen. The table under this code lists all of the individual debug windows.
