From the 07/24/2020 Gigaleak; found in '\other\NEWS\テープリストア\NEWS_04\home\arimoto\zelda\chivilink.CGX' and paired with '\other\NEWS\テープリストア\NEWS_04\home\arimoto\zelda\civilink.COL.BAK'. The .col had to have its palette rearranged within SCad, so that the sprite palettes were read as graphic palettes.
