This is a patch file designed to modify a(n) Game Boy Advance game.
This patch fixes two major bugs present in the European version of the game - Eenie's Kinstone Fusion glitch and missing Bomb Bag upgrade in Stockwell's Shop. It also allows you to use Ocarina of Wind on top of the Palace of Winds, like in the other version of the game.
