Showing a strange "feature" of the mario world engine. In the first frame, mario has yet to enter the level. The next frames show mario immediately after beating the level, and after moving off the tile. Note that dying in the level also produces this effect. The pirhana in this picture comes back after a different level is entered (entering this level simply causes he effect to happen again)
