Quartet notes have a set-tick of 48 and tempo in the range of 0 to 240BPM (Default is 120BPM)

SSAR
This format is a archive with SSEQs which are used for sound effects. They only have 1 to 2 notes and are very short. These are not stored in order. They also cannot be modified as sequences may call on these.
