Grand Theft Auto V for Windows is a port of the Xbox One/PlayStation 4 version, which in turn is a port of the original. This version has updated graphics, higher quality sound, and the Rockstar Editor.

Oh, and some unused content.

Police Cruiser Modifications

The police car used in pursuits has unused modifications applicable with the help of a trainer. It only lacks options to change the grill, left/right wing, and roof.

  The police car colored red, Xenon lights, and completely tinted windows. The black color can't be changed and note the roof decal, which stays white ( due to lack of transparency ). Also, new wheels.

Some modification parts lack names. Also, other police cars can be modified but not like this car.

Internal Radio Names

Most radio packages have names generally referring to a genre of music. Two packages have different names, likely referring to the fact the radio station names underwent changes throughout development.
