Present at 0x1B518 in both the US and Japanese ROM is a rather colorful rant by Yukio Kaneda, who also programmed Guerrilla War. (Note that line breaks were added for readability; the original contains none.)

All of the Nazi imagery was scrubbed from the US release. The evil mansion at the end of the game was also changed from red to blue.
