Luigi's Mansion for the Nintendo 3DS is the remake of the popular GameCube game. While it takes the basis from the sequel, several new features such as amiibo compatibility, a new Boss Rush mode makes it more fun with the spooky action, now in eye-popping 3D!

Unused Models

Hmmm...
To do:
Add images.

Tomato

The early tomato from the original game makes a return in the files, even sporting the same animations it had in the original. It is replaced by the bowling ball in RAM.

Dummy2

This model is, well, a dummy model. It's still unused like in the original GameCube release.

Unused Audio

E3 2001 Title Sound

File:LM3DS Audio E3 GreenCube 0000039B 1.ogg The E3 2001 Title Sound is still unused.

Shaders

DebugShader.shbin

Located in \shaders is a file called DebugShader.shbin. It's possible it was related to a debug function.

DummyShader.shbin

Also located on the same folder is DummyShader.shbin. It's a dummy shader, that's it.

Oddities

Invisible Poster in The Twins' Room

Like in the Gamecube original, there is an invisible "poster" on the wall of The Twin's Room that Luigi can interact with. It has no collision and cannot be scanned using the Gameboy Horror. While it may seem this is the result of importing the furniture data directly from the original, another invisible object located on The Roof in the original was removed.

Internal Project Name

The internal project name is GreenCube according to various file names.
