This game was never completed and/or given a public release.
As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually reached store shelves.

There are two prototypes that just contain the shooting section.

Meebzork was a rather ambitious Atari 5200 game that would've combined shooter, platformer, and top-down elements into a single package. The game was never released due to poor feedback from focus groups, thanks to a bug in their version that prevented the player from getting past the first level.

Developer Credits

At the title screen, press 195106 and then any other number to display the credits for the game's programmer and graphic designer.

Unused Hub Area

An unused Level 7 can be accessed via the level skip detailed below. It's a hub area that was going to appear after the completion of a level in Adventure Mode. If a number between 1 and 6 is pressed, Meebzork will walk over to the respective staircase and start the selected level. Unfortunately, there are a number of glitches with this level, such as Meebzork heading to a different level than the one selected.

There were plans for Meebzork to acquire keys that would allow them to unlock any of the six entrances in this hub. However, the keys are not present in any version of the game.

Level Skip

Pressing 9 in the practice stages will skip to the next level. This is the only way to access the otherwise unused hub area.
