Regional Differences
- The US version has an animation where dominoes pop out of the character's back when placing down dominoes. In the JP and EU versions, domino pieces are just placed down.
- While much of the branding in the second level remains intact in all versions, the European and US versions changes the Ritz crackers and Milky candy boxes to Notam and Lunatic boxes. The latter referencing other Artdink titles.
- In the JP and EU versions, the teddy bear in the third level had a nosebleeding animation upon seeing a girl disrobe. This was removed in the US version, but the nosebleeding animation can still be seen when reversing a level.
- Conversely, the disrobing girl in the third level wears only a bikini in the JP and US versions, but she wears a swimshirt on top of that in the EU version.
- There is a montage of Mr. Domino in real-life locations in Japan during the end credits, which was replaced with a simple credits scroll in the EU and US versions.
