Emu LastUPDATE..28/5/1999..Rom LastUPDATE

Obviously from the text, the game was last updated on May 5 1999, one month from its release date.

CONTACT DEBUG

String of text showing there was a debug for doing contacts.

No explanation.

Remnants of the Battle Debug sound test. This would allow the player to test the BGM, and the sound effects during a battle. In the final game, it's possible to access some of the SE with the use of the debug cheat code, although not all.

This would display when a battle begins to start. However it's invisible in the final version. It can be seen however, in the Eternal Punishment prototype with the characters being the one from that game instead.

Hidden copyright for the battle system made by Futoshi Katsuyama, the person who created it. It seems the battle system was created somewhere in 1998, although the specific date is unknown.

Damy

Word that appears a lot in the game files; the reason for this word is because it's a misspelling of "Dummy".

EBIT_DUMMY

Bits that are called Dummy. There's a ton of these.

MBIT_JOKERTENSEI2

An unused bit of Angel Joker. Perhaps there was a second phase to this fight, or two pieces?

MBIT_JOKERAKUMA1
MBIT_JOKERAKUMA2
MBIT_JOKERAKUMA3

Three unused bits for the unused Devil Joker boss fight.

Persona2 Debug Menu-.Now Loading.....off.on.

Unused text for the debug menu loading.
