According to Bulbapedia, there are three unused moves in the game.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team is the only entry in the Mystery Dungeon sub-series on the Game Boy Advance. A DS version was released as Blue Rescue Team.

While playing the game, press Select + Up and the player will be sent to the debug room. To exit it, use the Gameshark code:

Three Pelipper

The first 2 function like the 2 Pelipper in the Pelipper post office. The 3rd will freeze the game after being talked to 10 times. If talked to from behind the game will instead freeze immediately.

Functions like she normally would. With the Gameshark code below she will have all the items in the game in her storage, including unused ones! Please note that this code only works in the debug room.

2nd Blastoise

Will give options for 4 different animation. Please note that he will keep the direction that you talked to him first until the area is reset.

1st option

Shows a blowing up spite around the player Pokémon in white and red pixels.

2nd option

Nothing happens.

3rd option

Shows what appears to be anger steam in red and white pixels and then semi-freezing the game (can reload the area without a full game reboot).

4th option

An earthquake animation.

Golem

Gives a red "No script available" line.

Octillery

Has a bunch of mail falling all around it in a loop. When talked to it gives a red "No script available" line.

Unused Items

These items are also found in Blue Rescue Team and by default, they function as Link Boxes.

Ring D, Ring E, Ring F

A group of items with no function. Their descriptions match their names.

Weavile Fig

An item with the description "Weavile event item." This item is used in the descriptions for missions which offer the Weavile Statue as a reward. However, the player never obtains it in their inventory since the statue is displayed outside the base instead.

Mime Jr. Fig

Same as the Weavile Fig, but its description is "Mime Jr. event item."

G Machine 6, G Machine 7, G Machine 8

Items with the description "Synthesis item".

Unused Music

There are two unused tracks in the game. Where they would have gone is currently unknown. These tracks are also unused in Blue Rescue Team.
