You can then access it selecting the "Delete Save Data" option.

The note sprite will be used for various items in the sequels Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness & Time and Explorers of Sky.
"FOR HP" indicator
This sprite appears in the VRAM at 0x60142C0 after entering a dungeon. During the play is replaced by the hp damage/cure amount or the "MISS" notice. It was probabily intended to indicate the placeholder during developement.

These animations appears in the VRAM at 0x6014400 after entering a dungeon, along with all the other Pokémon shadows. There are 3 size of shadow in the game, but when standing on water, only the big one is used, regardless the size of the respective shadow when on ground.
