Title
The prototype still bears the original title the game was originally announced and advertised as, Duke Nukem: Planet of the Babes The name was presumably changed due to the 2001 version of Planet of the Apes also being in production at the time.

Ending FMV
The ending FMV had pictures of Lara Croft and Monica Lewinsky in the background in the prototype. Besides this, the credits have minor differences and the FMV itself is 10 seconds longer.
