We could only wish we were playing this right now... maybe...
This game was never completed and/or given a public release.
As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually reached store shelves.
Hmmm...
To do:
Do a more thorough analysis on unique content in this version, and unused content specific to it.

Space-Net: Cosmo Neo (CGBBNEJ0.0) was a cancelled third version to the hybrid RPG and monster battling games Space-Net: Cosmo Red and Cosmo Blue, revealed as a ROM in the September 2020 lot check leaks. Art from one of the illustrators Katsutoshi Fujioka confirms it was indeed in development.

The changes in this version are currently unknown or poorly documented, except for a different spaceship unique to this version.

Unused Message Box Pictures

Hmmm...
To do:
One of the Mūra actually became a corrupted picture in this version, so there is more work to do here

Text command EC XX will print a character message box. For a list of index numbers, see Notes:Space-Net: Cosmo Red and Cosmo Blue.

Using codes 0100C3C7, 01D0C4C7, 01EC00D0 and 01xx01D0 one can force a box with the picture to appear.

Specific unused IDs are listed below. The first three were all corrupted pictures in Space-Net: Cosmo Red and Cosmo Blue:

  • 20: Pepper
  • 39: Dorowa/a Saramādo
  • 3F: Viss (Rubiaqua form?)
  • FC: Solid black box

(Since this game and knowledge of all its characters is obscure, some other unused IDs may exist)

The above unused IDs (except for FC which is still a full black box) while corrupted in Cosmo Red and Cosmo Blue, will actually bring up valid pictures in the Cosmo Neo prototype, as such:

ID Cosmo Red and Cosmo Blue Cosmo Neo
