Revision as of 17:05, 28 October 2015 by Scraliontis (talk | contribs) (Sub-page for Starship Titanic listing the many unused sounds. This will probably be a work in progress page for a bit, as there are over 200 files to upload!)
This is a sub-page of Starship Titanic.
| To do: This page is WIP. There are at least 239 unused sounds to add here... |
Loads of sound effects and voice lines go unused in the game. Many don't seem to have likely places in the released game.
Unused voice clips
| To do: Due to the highly random nature of most voice lines in this game, it can be somewhat difficult to determine what is actually unused. If you've defiantly heard a line listed here in-game, please remove it. |
| Filename | Audio | Description |
|---|---|---|
| b.st.25.wav | The Perrelator\Service Lift announcer. Possibly intended for the elevators in the SGT and second class lobbies. | |
| b.st.26.wav | More of the Perrelator\Service Lift announcer. | |
| b.st.27.wav | ||
| b.st.28.wav | More of the Perrelator\Service Lift announcer. If it was intended for the lobby elevators, this implies they would have had a right strange button configuration at some point. | |
| b.st.29.wav | ||
| b.st.30.wav | ||
| b.st.31.wav | ||
| b.st.32.wav | ||
| b.st.33.wav | ||
| b.st.34.wav | ||
| b.st.35.wav | ||
| b.st.36.wav | ||
| b.st.66.wav | Marsinta, the desk-bot, doesn't use this line. | |
| z.st.3.wav | While the first section can be heard when transporting items, the rest of this line is unused. | |
| z.st.16.wav | He's not Appy. | |
| z.st.356.wav | Unused lines for the Bomb. Some of these lines imply you may have been supposed to be able to talk to the Bomb at some point. | |
| z.st.357.wav | From the first bit of this line you would think this to be another line intended for when your fiddling with the bomb controls, but the second part implies the bomb is talking about Titania. In-game, the bomb never comments on your attempts to fix Titania. | |
| z.st.358.wav | ||
| z.st.359.wav | Considering you cannot converse with the Bomb in-game in a manner more advanced then attempting to smash it's glass with a hammer, this response wouldn't seem to fit anywhere. | |
| z.st.361.wav | ||
| z.st.362.wav | ||
| z.st.363.wav | Another line that implies you could talk to the bomb at one point... Considering every response would have to end in the bomb recommencing the count-down, it's no wonder there is no such functionality in the release game. | |
| z.st.365.wav | Most likely intended for disarming the bomb, in response to the disarm code you enter. | |
| z.st.367.wav | Another line hinting at being able to talk to the bomb at some point. A similar bomb to the "Mega-Scuttler Pro" is mentioned in the novel. | |
| z.st.370.wav | ||
| z.st.371.wav | Unused line for the Bomb, in which the bomb in-directly gives you the disarm code. | |
| z.st.373.wav | While the bomb does get annoyed at you at the end of the countdown in-game, this line is rather different to the used one, and rather then just recommencing the countdown, this one does end in a sort of a bang... | |
| z.st.378.wav | More unused bomb lines suggesting your being able to talk to it. | |
| z.st.399.wav | A different version of the bomb finishing the countdown at the end of the game, featuring a different line from the Parrot. |
