Regional Differences
Similar to the arcade and Sega Saturn versions, Balrog (Boxer), Vega (Claw) and M. Bison (Dictator) kept their international names in the Japanese version as they did in the Japanese dub of the movie (likely done due to the fact that M. Bison's name appears printed on-screen numerous times), wheraas Akuma is addressed by his Japanese name, Gouki.
