The first Street Fighter video game released for the Sega Saturn. The is an adaptation of the live-action film, using digitized images of the film's cast as the characters. Despite sharing the same name as the arcade version, this port has a slightly different roster, since it removes Blade and his palette-swapped Bison troopers Arkane, F7, and Khyber, as well as adding Blanka and Dee Jay, and making Akuma (Gouki in Japan) a hidden character. The gameplay is also closer to Super Street Fighter II Turbo with the addition of EX specials.

Regional Differences

Even though Balrog, Vega and M. Bison kept their international names in the Japanese version as they did in the arcade version as well as on the Japanese dub of the movie (likely done due to the fact that M. Bison's name appears printed on-screen numerous times), only Akuma is addressed by his Japanese name, in this case, Gouki.
