Regional Differences

Hmmm...
To do:
What about the European version?

In the Japanese version, Bowser and Toadstool's victory animations depict them drinking champagne. Obviously, NOA did not want this depicted in one of their games, so they were changed.

Bowser's victory pose originally showed him chugging the champagne. He just poses happily with it in the American version.

Chug! Chug! Chug! Chug! Look at my bottle! Look at it!

In the Japanese version, Toadstool daintily sips her champagne. In the American version, she tosses it up.

Mmm, that's good wine... Wee!
