Thought I'd start a translation, I'm not completely fluent, but it's a start. Feel free to fill in what you may know.

I believe the third option is Battle Stage, or something like that, because when I press A on it, it shows the stage that I selected, Including the Unused stage. TheRoflGuy (talk) 03:23, 21 July 2014 (EDT)
Something weird that needs explanation
This image appears for a split second when I select "POWER-ON" in the Program Sub-Submenu before fading to black, and after pressing A, Kicking me back into the Main Debug Menu, not to mention if BGMs are being played because of Sub-Submenu B, it is turned off as well.
