Unused Music in Genesis version?

The password sound test in the Genesis version has a few tracks that I'm pretty sure aren't used anywhere. SUPER PAC-MAN (track 1) is a glitchy duplicate of the title splash theme. FRAGILE-1 (track 40) is an alternate opening for the track that plays when Pac-Man breaks the giant glass tube in the factory. There's also a few duplicate tracks (BANG! 19 and RUBBER BALLOON 20). --AndyNPC 23:48, 12 October 2012 (EDT)

Unused stuff I'm not confident to add

Music

  • The only difference between Track 19(Bang!) and Track 20(Rubber Balloon) is a subtlety in the popping sound effect. Trying to find the exact location of either track would be insane.
  • Track 21 (What?!): This is just a compilation of the suspense sting, the balloon pop, and a sped-up version of "I Won't Be Long"(metropolis theme). I don't think there's any situation where this actually happens involving a balloon in the final game.
  • Track 49 (You Lost): A far more sinister version of "Bye-Bye!", the usual "death" inward eyecatch. I have never heard this while fighting the final boss, but I've never really fought him often because he has a really simple pattern and is a pain in the ass to actually beat. Usually when you die here it just does the inward eyecatch with no accompanied music.

Will add more questionable stuff to this space once I'm through clearing the debug pattern test. West (talk) 19:59, 15 March 2014 (EDT)
