Here are the IDs of the two I left out. In both cases the text in question is used, so I didn't think they were notable enough to include:
- JP 32-381 and 32-382, NA 29-355, EU 29-355 (2 JP messages became 1 EN message)
- JP 28-204, NA 26-202 and 26-205, EU 26-202 and 26-205 (1 JP message split into 2)
