Hmmm...
To do:
gotta upload the vids n shit. also need to find out how to look at the unused levels for more info and pics etc.

Aggressive Inline is a game based on the extreme sport of the same name. It was considered to be a competitor to the Tony Hawk series when it was released.

Version Differences

Each level has a short video on the level select screen which shows a brief fly-through of the level. Two of these videos are different between the PS2 version and the other two versions:

The video for the Tutorial level on the PS2 version shows what may have been an earlier revision of the level, with objects scattered about outside the bounds of the level rather than being kept inside warehouses like in the final level. The other versions simply fly around the final level, showing it from a few angles.

The video for the Museum level on the PS2 version shows the Civic Center key in a different location, floating over the bowl in the warehouse section rather than up in the high corner on the lights like in the final. Perhaps they thought it was far too easy to find, as the keys are usually in very difficult-to-reach places.

Unused Levels

There are 7 (8 including the Tutorial level) levels in the final game - Movie Lot, Civic Center, Industrial, Boardwalk, Cannery, Airfield, and Museum.

The unused content is only present in the PS2 version of the game:

"LOCAL"

This appears to be a simple NPC scale testing map.

"ZOO"

This is a bonus level that is exclusive to the Xbox version. However, the PS2 version contains the geometry file for this level (but no textures).

Unused Multiplayer Levels

There is a folder in the levels folder called "MP" which contains multiplayer variants of every level (including the Zoo level). Only 4 of the levels (Movie Lot, Civic Center, Boardwalk, and Museum) are playable in multiplayer, so the rest go unused.

There are 2 extra levels in that multiplayer folder, named "COMPA" and "COMPB", which have geometry files. Like the Zoo, their texture files contain only placeholder textures.

Unused Audio

All of the game's voice lines are stored in a file called "SPEECH.ZSD". This includes some unused voice lines for challenges intended to appear in the Zoo level.

Unused Video

There's a video file of an ad for the game All-Star Baseball 2003 in the "MOVIES" folder - I don't know if this is used anywhere. It's not in the Xbox version, but it is in the Gamecube version.
