Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly
This earlier Master Quest setup of Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly features major differences in almost every room.
The actors related to Navi are completely absent in this version.
Stage #0 - Regular Setup
Room 0
Actors
Right after Link enters Jabu-Jabu, the differences between both version are immediately noticable. Whereas the Master Quest version features 18 actors, the earlier setup includes a whopping amount of 48 actors in this room.

Except for the Octorok in the central area and the placement of the two Treasure Chests, the earlier setup is completely different to the final one. A notable omission are the three shaboms, which were included in the final Master Quest setup.

There is a Water Sprout right underneath the Octorok, which is surrounded by a circle of Grass Patches, whereas the final Master Quest setup features a Boulder right behind the Octorok and a Dungeon Switch inside it, which activates the appearance of a large Treasure Chest that contains the Dungeon Map.

In the earlier setup, one Treasure Chest is hidden inside a Time Block and contains a Purple Rupee, whereas the Master Quest setup contains Deku Nuts and needs to be triggered by the Invisible Collectable at the wall to the right, where the Cow and the Targetable Navi Spot are located.

In order to open the door to Room 1, Link needs to activate the Dungeon Switch at the wall behind the Boulders on top the Time Blocks. The Water Sprout is activated by two Switches, hidden underneath the surface at each side of the ground where the Boulders are located.

After Link removed the Boulders, he needs to climb the switch to activate it, which opens the door to Room 1.
Objects
The object list is the same in both versions.
Stage #1 - Cutscene Setup
This scene setup is used during the cutscenes with Princess Ruto and exhibits misalignments of three transition actors in both Ocarina of Time and Master Quest, pointing to some minor layout changes during development. Curiously, these misalignments were fixed in the earlier version and seem to have been completely disregarded when the developers made the final Master Quest version.

Spawn Points
The second spawn point loads Room 14 (DD.bak), instead of Room 5 (MQ). The regular scene setup loads Room 14 in both versions.
