Image Guidelines

I noticed that you replaced the existing JPEG conversions to PNG with downsized versions, which isn't an improvement at all and makes things look worse. Moreover, it's not encouraged to convert JPEGs as PNGs, as the detail lost when an image is saved as a JPEG cannot be restored through conversion.
