An adventure platformer based on the Nickelodeon cartoon in which Jimmy Neutron faces off with an evil doppelganger from another dimension. It serves as a sequel of sorts to AWE Games' game based on the 2001 film, reusing the same engine and many assets. Unlike that game's open-world nature however, Jimmy Neutron vs. Jimmy Negatron follows a more linear level structure.

It also had a Game Boy Advance counterpart, but beyond the title shares nothing in common.

Early Textures

The png folder contains textures for the characters and props, though the game doesn't actually load any of them. Most are either leftovers from Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius or earlier iterations of the new character textures.

Unused Models

Jimmy

I wonder what could be up there?

jimmylookup.grn is a leftover model of Jimmy from Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. Notably, his texture isn't dithered, unlike the texture from that game.

Move it, Nerdtron!

Crocodile

Looks more like an Elasmosaurus.

Placeholder Dialogue

There are several pieces of unused placeholder dialogue pertaining to Jimmy Neutron, voiced by presumably a developer in soundeffects.omt. This dialogue refers to Jimmy Negatron as "Johnny Newman", suggesting an early name for the character.

Audio Subtitle
Wow, this is incredible Goddard! Now if we could just find the opening that leads to Newman's lab. It's gotta be around here someplace! (Goddard barks) What boy? Oh yeah, there it is! I saw it! Let's go check it out.
Look! There's an opening next to this door. Looks like it's made to hold some kind of stone or crystal. Okay, let's go find it!
I bet there's something useful in that ship. Maybe even some treasure!
Look! In that building! It's a crystal! Let's try to get in there. We need to move the rocks from that doorway with the sub's grabbing claw.
I bet I can use my water balloon launcher and hit that switch from up on this platform.
Yeah! This water balloon launcher will help me stop Johnny's bots and I can use it to hit switches! Perfect for hitting the switch for that electric beam!
Running low on energy. Better find some neutrons!
I bet I can get more candy than anybody, JIMMY!
Look! A sunken ship!
Here Goddard, over here boy!
