Lego Ninjago: Spinjitzu Smash is pretty much a complete ripoff of the Mega Man: Battle Network series. Why Capcom didn't C&D Lego is beyond me...

Battle Network Leftovers
In the first release of Spinjitzu Smash (v0.0.1), it was discovered that gameplay wasn't the only thing ripped off: several Battle Network assets were included as well! After the findings were released on Protodude's Rockman Corner blog, Lego quickly revised the game and removed the files. Still, v0.0.1 can be found here:

Found within the v0.0.1 swf were these sprites:
Mega Man
The iteration of Mega Man from the Battle Network series was used in-game as a placeholder character before being replaced by blocky ninja dudes.
Mettool
Everyone's favorite Mettaur made it into the game as well as a placeholder enemy.
Unused Text
There are several cases of placeholder text in the Spinjitzu Smash swf, mostly the generic Lorem ipsum placeholders found in many developer programs.
Some popup text. It's poppin' fresh!

This is a sample tip, complete with second line to show that two lines fit.
