Not to be confused with the World Heroes series (or Cony's World Heroes 2, for that matter), this is a fighting game using the Super Fighter III engine. It's also based on the Chinese novel The Legend of the Condor Heroes.

Self-Test

Press and hold B + Select + Start, then press Reset. After a while, the self-test screen will appear. Continue holding the buttons to see this screen. It will show the results of the PRG/CHR CRC tests, the mirroring modes test and the IRQ test. When you release the buttons, the game will continue its normal operation.

Unused Title

The Game Genie code ZZVKOITX changes the English part of the title screen from "WORLD HERO" to "KUNG FU LEGEND," otherwise unused. This title may have been meant for a different region.
