This is a prerelease image for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
Much more detailed growing grass can be seen, as well as early textures for the grass and dirt paths. A very early town hall/Resident Services building is seen, along with some stone paths in front of it like the ones seen in Animal Crossing: New Leaf's Town Hall.
