Scrapped Windows Version?

The unused file SettingsWin32.txt contains various settings for a Windows port under a different name, "Pool Party". However, there appears to be no evidence of The Code Monkeys or O-Games releasing a game under this title, and it's unknown if it was renamed again or was ever actually released.
