8BallAllstars is an unremarkable billiards simulator which was originally scheduled for release in Q3 2007, only to end up being delayed for two years for... some reason.

Scrapped Windows Version?

The unused file SettingsWin32.txt contains various settings for a Windows port under a different name, "Pool Party". However, there appears to be no evidence of The Code Monkeys or O-Games releasing a game under this title, and it's unknown if it was renamed again or was ever actually released.
