Scrapped Windows Version?

The unused file SettingsWin32.txt contains various settings for a Windows port of 8BallAllstars under a different name, Pool Party. However, there appears to be no evidence of The Code Monkeys or O-Games releasing a game under this title, and it's unknown if it was renamed again or even released in the first place.
