The two HUD elements to get hit by the texture reduction process were the Act Select and the Death Wish menus.

Act Select Textures
General
Everything got chopped in half. Ooof.
Chapter 2 Act Select
Some graphics here got hit far worse. Conductor and Grooves both got chopped in half twice, and the numbers used to display the points each director has got hit really badly.
Death Wish Textures
Map UI
Just about all of the graphics used on the map menu got hit pretty bad. Even the unused ribbons, golden candle, and checkmark stamp graphics were reduced for some strange reason. Interestingly, the graphic used by the empty Death Wishes lost its gradient inside, and instead seemingly became an earlier version of its texture found in a minor asset leak in the Modding Tools from winter of 2017. The stamper graphic is also different, with it gaining markings on its side that weren't present in the original graphic.

The original map graphic was partially 4K and a rectangular texture. The current version is a perfect square that now gets stretched when used in-game.
