Unused Graphics

An unused image exists in the game's files, containing Heart's ending with the caption "続きは製品版でね!" ("Continue with the product version!") and the Japanese logo. This is presumably a leftover from the location tests which was ported along with everything else. Ah1-demo.png

Regional Differences

All vocal narration from the Japanese version has been removed for the US release, although all voices during battles have been retained. Usually, the text scrolls in tune with the vocal narration, as seen in the Japanese version. However, because the narration has been removed in the US version, all dialogue in text boxes is printed immediately. The leaf graphic used can still be found when choosing an opponent in Story Mode or Training Mode.

This change has also resulted in the omission of the Voice section of Gallery Mode, which features every sound byte for each character.

Additionally, a Japanese commercial present in the Movie section has been omitted from the US release.
