A cheat menu embedded in the pause screen with a bunch of goodies can be enabled with the following GameShark / CodeBreaker codes:

Enable Cheat Menu

Enter the pause screen in-game with this code on. Pressing Triangle once will take you to another section of the menu when paused.

Debug Menu Options:

  • FULL HEALTH = Restores your current health.
  • ALL WEAPONS = Gives all weapons.
  • MAX AMMO = Gives unlimited ammo.
  • COLLISIONS = Toggle on or off collisions in the game.
  • INVISIBLE = Makes Sarge invisible when on.
  • IMMORTAL = Grants invincibility.
  • SUPER SARGE = Moves Sarge through collisions. D-Pad Up + Down is to move him up or down in the air. Right Analog Stick is to move him around.
  • DIFFICULTY = Changes the difficulty while in-game from Easy, Medium or Hard.
  • MUSIC = Toggle the music on or off.
  • SOUND FX = Toggle the SFX on or off.
  • AUTO AIM = Turns auto aim on or off.

Test Menu

An unreferenced test menu can be re-enabled with the below code. This replaces the Cheat Menu in the above section.

POSITION INFO is the only option that works in this version of the game. This has the same effect as the THDOTEST password.

Level Select Menu

An unreferenced level select menu can be re-enabled with the below code. This replaces the Cheat Menu in the above section.

Enter "THDOTEST" in the Input Code screen to enable test info which displays the player's coordinates and current FPS.

Hidden Cheats

Three hidden cheats are left within game code. These three cheats are normally dummied out. Only "MAXED" works correctly however. We have a remedy for the later two cheats. They can be re-enabled with the following GameShark / CodeBreaker codes:

Restore Maxed Ammo Cheat

Enter "MAXED" in the Input Code screen with the above code on. This will give you unlimited ammo in-game. Once entered, the message "Max Ammo" will be displayed confirming correct cheat input.

These following two cheats do not work as intended by the game so a special code was made to emulate their function. The original two cheats would store a value for their respective character when entering these normally hidden cheats, however sometime during loading, the values would get mixed up making a glitched character. We have two codes below to remedy this.
