Blood Omen is the first in the Legacy of Kain series. It's also the only one worked on by Silicon Knights, much to their dismay.

Hmmm...
To do:
  • Describe what's on here already in better detail.
  • Unused sound files.
  • Create pages for the three prototypes that have been found.

Unused Areas

These can be accessed by using a trainer on the Windows version.

Level Select

One can also access this in the NTSC-U PlayStation version. With a GameShark Version 2.2 or newer, enter the following code and start a new game:

D0011CA0 3130
D01CAA86 06D0
801CAA86 0608
D0011CA0 3130
D01CAA8A 08F0
801CAA8A 0940

The doorways for each level have an abbreviation. Going into these doorways shows cards with hex numbers, indicating the path Kain goes down. It appears to not have been updated for some time, as several places planned for the game are missing, while others that are playable normally aren't.

HMCS Bitter

Map 0x08 in the game's data has two unused areas featuring a ship, one fully intact in Sector 0x02 and the other with it blown apart in Sector 0x0C.
