VRAM Overwrite Glitch

If you enter a table in mission 4, the game takes whatever item you are holding away. If you pause the game and take out an item while getting to a table, it gets glitchy looking because the cards that are loaded in VRAM overwrite that position where the graphics for the item that Bond holds are located.
