Madd Dogg Glitch
After activating the Riot Mode cheat before the mission where Madd Dogg almost kills himself, Madd Dogg will instantly commit suicide after the beginning cutscene. This causes the mission to fail and it will keep failing, resulting in the player not being able to progress through the rest of the game. A save game editor can fix this glitch, otherwise starting a new game is the only option.
