- Because this is an early version a large amount of glitches are present in the build.
- No hair is see on any female model or NPC in the game.
- The faces on one of the NPCs which is the mechanic we just saw has some cuts in parts.
- When killing Gus, his hat and glasses stay above.
- If you look at the corner of a mirror your player model doesn't actually disappear, it instead seems to come much closer, that's why in some angles it appears to disappear entirely.
- Muzzle flashes don't adjust to higher FOVs.
- Jumping on a prop you can pick up such as a cardboard box or cup leads to instantly lose all your health and the screen flashes black and red for a bit before you die
- A texture in the Ghost Town is missing. (Which is where Gus is standing on)
- in the planatation's vending machine specifically, you can buy veggie MREs, but there's no icon for them
- There's half of sounds playing, no ambience, most of Duke's voice lines are not done.
- The dialog is pretty much different dialog from other NPCs and sequences in the game.
- No objectives are listed, so it's almost easy to get yourself confused when doing a mission.
- I saw some unreal editor's asset sprites around the Ghost Town.
- The player can piss anywhere including as a spectator in multiplayer.
- If you setup your multiplayer model, it sticks in Singleplayer too.
- Using the shrink gun on the terminator npc and then stomping it, crashes the game
- 2001 Maps sometimes work on 2011
