Ghost Chicken

If Flag 390 is set (this is done by defeating the boss of battle 16) and the chicken in the Railhead train wasn't obtained, a duplicate "ghost" chicken will spawn in Storich's HQ. It has collision, but cannot be interacted with.

Elbesem Orb

During Chapter 5, the game gives you back the Elbesem Orb item in order to deal with certain enemies that are weak to the orb. However, if the character Khan has all four spaces in his inventory filled, the item is sent to inventory, but instead of sending the intended item (ID EF) a duplicate Elbesem Orb with the ID E5 is placed there instead. This version, while fully functional, cannot be removed if equipped, meaning whoever has it on will be unable to equip anything else for the rest of the game.
