- You can pass through ceilings (two blocks from the ground) by repeatedly jumping against them.
- It's possible to stand on the falling blocks of 1-2 while using a mushroom without falling through them, as they will not fall off when using it.
- You can avoid the message box's laser in 1-3, allowing you to stand on it as it runs away.
- Pressing "O" during any transition will reset the stage from the beginning, without losing a life.
