Bulls vs Blazers and the NBA Playoffs is based on Bulls vs Lakers and the NBA Playoffs that uses the music from Lakers vs Celtics and the NBA Playoffs. No wonder EA renamed this series.

Revisional Differences
This game was the subject of a lawsuit from ESPN over the game's EA Sports Network (EASN) branding. The following is a list of changes that were made as a result. This did not affect the Japanese release, only the US and European versions are affected.
Intro
In Version 1.1, the EASN logo was replaced by the EA Sports logo.
