Christmas Is Here

The original mission concept for Christmas Is Here is a complete mystery. Judging from the unused conversation, Jimmy was probably supposed to go all over Bullworth Town and Old Bullworth Vale to look for the presents so he could give them to the students. From the strings, it is listed as the fifth mission while the final, it is technically available after Jimmy goes to sleep in that Chapter. It was unknown if it was actually intended to be a mission or just flavor text.

Justin		The risk-reward ratio only adds to the enjoyment, my young poor friend.

Jealous Johnny

Jealous Johnny was going to be a lot longer and different. Judging from the dialogue, this mission would've taken place at Old Bullworth Vale, rather than around Bullworth Town.

First, Jimmy was supposed to meet up with Johnny in the New Conventry bypass, the intro cutscene was originally supposed to take place at Bullworth Academy as evidenced by unused marker coordinates.

Johnny		No time to talk. I need you to follow Gord and take pictures at anything he might do with Lola.
Jimmy		Alright, alright. Where is he?
Johnny		I don't know, at the school? Go and check there and when you find them, don't lose sight of 'em.
Jimmy		And take pictures of anything interesting, like Gord and Lola making out.
Johnny		Yeah, pictures. But they're for my eyes only.

There are quotes of Johnny reminding Jimmy to get the photos but he never says them and the mission text reminds Jimmy to "get some photos of Gord making out with Lola".

Parker would've briefly appeared walking with Gord, before he would've set off to meet with Lola.

Parker		Ah, I see. Wink wink and all that.
Gord		Indeed.

Gord		Just so.

After that, Gord would've met Lola. They visit the beach during the winter season, which makes it odd in some circumstances.

After they have fun at the beach, they both meet up with several Preps. Judging from the randomized quotes, it was possible that Jimmy was supposed to take a picture of Lola and Gord conversing with some preps. There are also lines of the Preps if they notice Jimmy.

Tad		One day, I'll do something like that too. It must be exciting.
Tad		Well, good for a little fun but without the connections you know it won't last.
Tad		We have to go to her trailer or whether.
Pinky		I don't know. Fraternizing with the lower classes should be done out of sight.
Pinky		I don't know. That Hopkins kid is... such a rebel. (Sigh)
Pinky		Low rent is low rent, my daddy always says.
Justin		We got us a Peeping Tom here!
Tad		Who's that?! Get him!
Pinky		Oh my God! Is that Jimmy over there?!

When the other preps noticed them, Jimmy was probably supposed to get away from the Preps so they wouldn't notice him.

After Jimmy got away from the Preps, it seems that Gord and Lola set off to somewhere else.

Seems the Preps would keep talking after Gord and Lola left.

Afterward, Jimmy was likely supposed to take a picture of Lola and Gord in the car while Stimpson drives around Bullworth Town. From some of the dialogue, it seems Jimmy was supposed to follow them around on a bicycle after he steals one from Trevor.

It's unknown where the final part took place, according to the Room Trophy after clearing the mission, Tad and Lola were supposed to meet up at the gazebo near the bridge in Bullworth Town. It's possible that Jimmy was supposed to take a picture of Gord trying to undo Lola's bra. Some text lines for these can be found in the american.img file.

Jimmy also has unused quotes for taking pictures, dependant if they were good or bad, but he never says them.

Bait

Jimmy was supposed to get away from Thad and Fatty after stealing their bike, then lure Gord to the BMX Park as normal.

It's possible that Fatty was supposed to chase after Jimmy when he steals his bike.

There are two unused lines for Vance during the part where Jimmy has to beat up the Preps.

An unused take for the ending cutscene. It was likely changed because it didn't fit with Johnny's character.

Rendezvous

Rendezvous is a mission that was cut during development, it was supposed to take place after Bait. While the leftover code to run the mission doesn't use any voice clips, they are still found within the files.

Lola was supposed to meet up with Tad near the closed cinema while Jimmy attempts to knock out Greasers with the slingshot. Although, two lines are missing for some reason.

Next, the Greasers notice that Gord is dating Lola, so they get some help.

If Jimmy moves out of the balcony, Lola would say any of these things and the mission would fail.

If Jimmy fails to defend Tad from the Greasers, Lola would say this and the mission will fail.

It seems that those next lines were supposed to be used while Jimmy was knocking out the Greasers from the balcony.

After that, the mission will end.

Wrong Part of Town

The name of the dialog files states that the lines were going to be in a slightly different order, despite almost all of them being used.

There are two additional lines for the Greasers before Jimmy attempts to save Cornelius.

Because there are no Pizza Parlors in Bullworth (at least in the final game), it was likely removed. Also, the order of the line is placed before Jimmy finds Algernon and the others.

There are additional lines if Jimmy finds Algernon, also, Gary was supposed to play a bigger role in the mission as opposed to making a cameo when Johnny interrogates Cornelious.

Jimmy would've responded to Algernon when he is shocked that Chad worries of his reputation.

There is an additional line for Gary at the end of the mission, likely watching Jimmy and the Nerds celebrate their victory.

Lola's Race

It seems Lola was supposed to announce the race countdown, but in the final, she's entirely silent. Also, Lola doesn't say the countdown in time to the normal countdown length.

Greasers even have lines for when they chop down the trees to use as obstacles.

This is notably the only Girlfriend Mission when there aren't any unique lines for the ending cutscene, even though there is a full set of lines, entirely unused! In the final version, they use generic romance lines.

The Tenements

Jimmy was supposed to sneak into a room while Lefty falls asleep, Lefty still appears in the mission in a bed, but standing up non-mobile instead.

It seems you have to try and sneak into the room without waking him up so Jimmy could probably take the item.

After Jimmy takes the item, Lefty will wake up. What's weird is that the "greasebag" line was meant to be said by Jimmy, but it was recorded with Hal's voice for unknown reasons.

It seems Krakauer, one of the elders, was supposed to make an appearance in the mission, possibly off-screen.

Jimmy has lines figuring out how to break the walls down, but he doesn't say them in-game.

Jimmy even has unique lines for picking up Lola's items, but they use generic pickup quotes in the final.

There is one additional line that was supposed to be said by Jimmy when the fight with Norton begins.

There are two unused lines for Ricky and Vance when they find out that Norton has been ran over by an Elementary School bus knocked out by Jimmy.

The Rumble/Fighting Johnny Vincent

First, three of the Preps will tell the gang to start claiming the turf but they never show up at the area in the final.

It seems Jimmy was supposed to follow the Greasers while trying to avoid the police. It was possible that blockades were supposed to be used in this mission.

Seems like the Greasers would insult the police while following them.

Seems like eventually, we would have to battle Greasers while riding the bikes and following Peanut.

After Peanut stopped riding his bike he was supposed to say this before we beat him up.

After dealing with Peanut he was going say this, he was originally not going to stop in the alley where we meet Johnny as this conversation shows.

Seems like while going to the alley, Jimmy would come across Gord having some trouble with the Greasers.

After saving Gord, he would become an ally.

After reaching the alley where Peanut stops in the final game, we would encounter Johnny and his gang whom Jimmy would defeat. The presence of Hal here indicates that originally we were going to fight the Greaser members that actually appear in the following cutscene, which is an oversight in the final game.

Only one of the Greasers say the lines about the cops, even though Peanut and Vance don't appear in the scene. Ricky's line is used during the bicycle chase to the Junkyard.

Jimmy has an unused response to Johnny at the start of his boss fight.

The following lines are Jimmy taunting Johnny while he rides his bicycle, he just stays silent as usual.

The last part of the mission was completely different. Pete didn't appear at all, and it seems that Jimmy was supposed to find a way to turn on the crane, so he could get Johnny off of the bike. While the first three lines are used, the third line is used before the magnet is turned on.

The "You never should've touched her!" line is used in the final at the beginning of the mission and the second line is used at some point in the mission, they were supposed to be variations to be used with some other unused lines during the final part of the fight.

Glass House

The name of the audio files states that it was supposed to be a Chapter 2 mission.

It seems Jimmy wasn't originally going to follow Mr. Hattrick from the school to his house, but instead, he would go there and find the door locked only to see Hattrick arriving and gaining access.

It seems Hattrick was supposed to notice Jimmy while he was inside before he went outside of the house.

The Collector

Yet another cut mission added later to SE, its intro cutscene can be seen in the Bully "Holiday Special" video, even though that came out AFTER the game was released.
