Level Select

During gameplay, press C, Up, B, Right, Up, B, B, A, Down, Up, B, B, A, Down, Up, B while the game is paused. A sound will play, confirming correct entry. Pressing A + B + C will return the game to the main menu, where the level can be selected by pressing Left or Right at the Chapter option.
