Card Hero: Speed Battle Custom is the third Card Hero game. It is a modified version of Kousoku Card Battle: Card Hero with some different rules, and just battles without a storyline.

This game also introduces the Daily Battle and Draft Battle Room features, and supported Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

Placeholder English Name

Forcing this game on a US English DSi may result in the name "Card Hero Wafers" appearing on the DSi Menu (notably, the string "wafers" appears multiple times in the game's ROM). Unused data for an English version was also in Kousoku Card Battle: Card Hero.

Similar placeholder names exist in other DSiWare games, but often a system string instead of an actual name. Others just load the intended Japanese name in the original kana/kanji.
